Porcelain Tile Impregnator
Polished, Honed & Textured Surfaces

APPLICATION:
A silicone base impregnator specifically designed for polished, honed and textured porcelain tile. For interior and exterior use. Excellent protection against dirt, water, oil and alkali. Highly suited for bathrooms, kitchens and eating areas. HMK® S43 is 98% permeable, UV resistant and leaves surfaces looking natural.

DIRECTIONS:
Apply to chemically clean and dry surface with HMK® Z170-171 Sealing Brushes, natural bristle brush or roller. One to two generous applications are usually sufficient, depending on porosity of porcelain. Allow 5-10 minutes between coats. Remove excess within 5 minutes after last application. Use a white lint free cloth. If necessary, add pure solvent or more S43 and dampen cloth to facilitate removal. For large areas, excess may be buffed off using a regular floor machine with a white/tan polyester pad. Allow to dry a minimum of 1-3 hours before walking on and 24-48 to cure.

COVERAGE:
270-330 sqft., 25-30 square meters per 1 liter (34 oz.) container.

WARNING:
Chemical product. Contains Turpentine Substitute. Flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Harmful or fatal if swallowed or inhaled. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid eye/skin contact, breathing of vapor or mist. If exposed, wash/flush with water. Get immediate medical attention. Keep container secure and away from children. See Material Safety Data Sheet.

1/4 liter cans (8.5 oz.) 25 per case, 1 liter cans 34 (oz.) 12 per case, 5 liter cans (5.68 qts.) 4 per case, 10 liter cans (11.36 qts.) 2 per case.

STORAGE:
Store in cool place. Keep lid tightly closed.

TESTING:
Always test product in an inconspicuous area and in actual installation to determine number of coats necessary to achieve proper protection, visual appearance after product cures and protection against water, dirt and oil infiltration.
