Concrete Film Remover

APPLICATION:
An extra strength, fast-acting, dilute acid type cleaner for all new and existing rough/textured interior and exterior natural and cast stone (use the milder HMK® R69 Interior Stone Cleaner if acid fumes are a concern). HMK® R63 thoroughly removes construction dirt, grout residue, lime deposit, efflorescence, and rust from all surfaces. Not for use on polished/glazed surfaces. Avoid contact with metal; acid/fumes will cause etching.

Note: R63 is not suitable for latex/resin modified grouts. Consider using HMK® R99 Special Stripper.

DIRECTIONS:
Protect all adjacent surfaces. Use tape or plastic drape. Thoroughly wet area to be cleaned first to avoid bleaching. This step is mandatory. Apply full strength or diluted 1:3 - 1:5, depending on situation. Let R63 act on the surface for a short time. Keep surface wet. Scrub with a white/tan polyester pad, hard bristle brush or sponge and rinse twice immediately. First rinse should be a flood rinse. Second rinse should be a neutralizing rinse using a solution of HMK¨ R55 Intensive Cleaner and water. The use of a floor machine and a wet-vac will help speed up the process and improve the overall outcome.

COVERAGE:
200 sqft., 18 square meters at full strength, 800 up to 4000 sqft., 70 -360 square meters per 1 liter (34 oz.) container diluted.

WARNING:
Contains Inhibited Dilute Hydrochloric Acid. Corrosive. Avoid eye/skin contact. If exposed, wash/flush with water. Keep out of reach of children. See Material Safety Data Sheet.

PACKAGING:
1 liter cans (34 oz.) 12 per case, 5 liter cans (5.68 qts.) 4 per case, 10 liter cans (11.36 qts.) 2 per case.

STORAGE:
Store in cool place. Keep lid tightly closed.

TESTING:
Always test procedure first in an inconspicuous area to determine dilution rate, performance, and acting time.
