Mildew/Organic Stain Remover
Alkaline Base

APPLICATION:
HMK® R60 instantly eliminates mildew, algae, and fungus. It is specifically designed for bathrooms, cellars, kitchens, and any moist areas where mildew or moss may form. Excellent for cleaning stone slabs, facades, walls, tombstones, fountains, etc. R60 is highly recommended for the removal of organic stains. R60 disinfects as it cleans.

DIRECTIONS:
Protect all adjacent non-masonry surfaces, including plants, fabrics, and metals. Spray undiluted onto surface to be treated at about 2-4 inches distance. Let act for a few minutes, but do not let dry. Rinse well with water. If stains and spots are still visible after first application, repeat procedure after 30 minutes. Remove any dry mildew residue with broom, brush, or vacuum. To prevent water infiltration and retard mildew build-up, allow to dry for 48-72 hours and with an appropriate HMK® impregnator.

60-80 sqft., 5.5-7 square meters per 1/2 liter (17 oz.) container.

WARNING:
Chemical product. Hypochlorite Solution. Corrosive. Avoid eye/skin contact. If exposed, wash/flush with water. Keep out of reach of children. See Material Safety Data Sheet.

PACKAGING:
1/2 liter spray bottles (17 oz.) 12 per case, 5 liter cans (5.68 qts.) 4 per case.

STORAGE:
Store in cool, dark area at temperatures not below 50 F.

TESTING:
Always test procedure first in an inconspicuous area to determine dilution rate, performance, and acting time.
