Terra Cotta, Brick Pavers, Clay Tile

APPLICATION:
A modified water base acrylic conditioner and maintenance sealer/cleaner for all interior unglazed terra cotta, Mexican and brick pavers, and clay tile. HMK® P26 protects and prolongs the shine of HMK® P28 Terra Cotta Wax. P26 is scuff resistant, and slip retardant, and leaves a satin sheen on the surface. P26 is removable with HMK® R55 Intensive Cleaner.

Important: When using HMK® P30 and P28, P26 Terra Cotta Care must follow 24 hours after application of P28 to blend in any P28 unevenness. Allow P28 to cure for 48 hours prior to P26 application.

DIRECTIONS:
Apply full strength or for regular maintenance, mix 3/4 cup of HMK® P26 to 2 1/2 gallons water. Damp mop 50-75 sq. ft. at a time. Wring mop in same bucket of solution. Do not rinse and re-mop each area. When water becomes cloudy, replace with same solution. Buff to higher shine using the HMK® Z202 Polishing-Vac or a regular floor machine with a white/tan or red polyester pad at 900-1,500 rpm. Buffing while P26 is still tacky produces a more consistent and higher shine. Use HMK® P24 Liquid Stone Soap for daily cleaning and alternate with P26 twice weekly, or as needed.

Note: When interrupting buffing action, to check results, immediately pick up P27 solution to avoid acid burn marks. Place floor machine on a plastic sheet to avoid same. Repeat buffing and rinsing action as needed.

COVERAGE:
Approximately 150 sqft., 15-25 square meters full strength and 4000 sqft., 360 square meters diluted per 1 liter (34 oz.) container.

CAUTION:
Chemical product. Keep out of reach of children. Keep from freezing.

PACKAGING:
1 liter cans (34 oz.) 12 per case, 5 liter cans (5.68 qts.) 4 per case.

STORAGE:
Store in cool place.

TESTING:
Always test procedure first in an inconspicuous area to determine dilution rate, performance, and visual appearance.
