HMK®
R60
Moss
and Mildew Remover
Ready to use spray on cleaner for removing and preventing
re-growth of moss, mold and mildew. Fast working and effective on
all polished, honed and textured natural and artificial stone
surfaces. For interior and exterior use.
HMK® R60 is a ready to use spray on
cleaner for use on smaller surfaces. HMK® R60 works
fast to eliminate and prevent the re-growth of moss, mould,
fungus, lichens and mildew from steps, paths, gravestones,
walls, garden ornaments etc. Polished surfaces are not damaged.
HMK® R60 is also extremely effective for bleaching
organic stains caused by things such as coffee, cola, red wine,
flowers, berries, fruit and fruit juices etc.
Instructions:
Protect all adjacent non-masonry surfaces as HMK® R60
can cause discoloration on textiles and some metals. Ensure
flowers and plants are protected against splashes. Ensure that
the area to be treated is cool and dry. Spray HMK®
R60 undiluted directly onto the surface. Leave it for a few
minutes but do not allow it to dry and then work it into the
surface with a stiff brush, scrubbing brush, or a suitable pad.
Afterwards, rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water.
Repeat the procedure for surfaces with very strong
contamination. Do not apply in direct sunlight. HMK®
R60 should be used within 6 months of purchase.
HMK® R60 becomes harmless to health and the
environment after being exposed to air and light for about 5-10
minutes.
Recommendation: Once treatment is complete allow the stone to dry
for 12 to 24 hours and apply a suitable
HMK®
impregnator. This will prevent water penetration and further
restricts re-growth.
Coverage:
About 30 to 60 square feet per 1/2 liter bottle.
Warning: Chemical product. Contains sodium hypo-chlorite.
Corrosive. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, clothing or metals. If
exposed, wash/flush with water. Keep out of the reach of
children. See Material Safety Data Sheet for more detailed
information. Do not use the product in temperatures below 50 and
above 80°F.
Packaging:
12 x .5L spray bottles per box; 2 x 5L bottles per box.
Storage:
Store in cool, dark area for up to 6 months at temperatures not
below 50°F.
Testing: Always test the product in an inconspicuous area to
evaluate suitability, coverage and performance.
