Acrylic maintenance conditioner helps refresh worn and
dulled natural and artificial stone surfaces.
Solvent free. Interior use only.
HMK® P23 is a concentrated acrylic
maintenance conditioner that refreshes worn and dulled natural
and artificial stone surfaces. A brilliant silky shine is
developed without the need for polishing. The protective film
developed with regular use increases water and dirt resistance
and makes textured and rough surfaces easier to clean.
For interior use only.
Instructions:
Ensure that underfloor heating is switched off and the surface
is cool. Clean the surface thoroughly and let it dry (max
residual moisture of 2-4%). Shake well before use. For first
time application, dilute HMK® P23 1:10 with clean
water and apply thinly and evenly using a clean non-fraying
cloth, sponge or mop. For very absorbent surfaces, use a more
concentrated mixture.
For regular maintenance occasionally add 1 cup of HMK®
P23 for every gallon of water, wringing the mop frequently in
the same bucket of solution. Do not re-mop or rinse areas once
cleaned. Replace the solution when it becomes dirty. High
traffic areas may require more frequent treatments and a more
concentrat
ed mixture.
Important:
Do not walk on the treated area until dry, about 50-60 minutes.
Buff to a higher shine using a regular floor machine
(900-1500 rpm) with a lambswool pad or soft brush.
Use HMK® P24 Liquid Stone Soap for daily
cleaning alternated with HMK® P23 as required.
Use HMK® R55 Intensive Cleaner to clean
surface thoroughly before first application and to periodically
remove the HMK® P23 film and refresh the surface.
Coverage:
About 1600 to 2700 square feet pet liter.
Warning:
Chemical product. Keep out of the reach of children and safe
from frost. Do not
use the product in temperatures below 50 and above 80°F.

Storage:
Store in a cool place. Do not allow to freeze.
Testing: Always test the product in an inconspicuous area to
evaluate suitability, coverage and performance.
