HMK® S44 is a ready to use special solvent based color enhancing impregnator for use on natural and artificial stones, reconstituted stone, and terrazzo. It reduces the penetration of water, dirt, oil and grease.  Liability to dirt and stains is significantly reduced and subsequent cleaning and maintenance is made much easier. The level of resistance to water, oil and grease varies depending upon the permeability of the surface.

HMK® S44 significantly enhances the color and structure of the treated surface. The more product absorbed into the surface, the better the repelling and color enhancing effect. It does not yellow with age.
