HMK® S35
Stone Sealer - Matte Finish

APPLICATION:
A modified silicone/acrylic base sealer which produces a tough, hard, and highly protective finish. HMK® S35 protects against water, dirt, and oil infiltration. For interior and conditional exterior use on honed and textured mineral surfaces. S35 enhances the stone's color and texture, while leaving a matte finish. S35 is highly vapor permeable, UV resistant, and slip retardant. Not effective on polished, glazed or non-absorbing surfaces.

DIRECTIONS:
Apply to chemically clean and dry surface with HMK® Z170-171 Sealing Brushes, natural bristle brush, or roller. One or two thin and even applications are usually sufficient, depending on porosity of the stone and desired color enhancement. Allow 30-90 minutes between each application; do not allow to puddle. Allow 6-12 hours to dry before walking on and 24-48 hours to fully cure. Do not apply with temperatures above 85 F or below 50oF.

COVERAGE:
80-120 sqft., 7.5-11 square meters per 1 liter (34 oz.) container.

WARNING:
Chemical product. Contains Petroleum Product, n.o.s. Flammable. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid eye and skin contact. If exposed, wash/flush with water. Keep out of reach of children. See Material Safety Data Sheet.

PACKAGING:
1/4 liter cans (8.5 oz.) 25 per case, 1 liter cans (34 oz.) 12 per case, 5 liter cans (5.68 qts.) 4 per case, 10 liter cans (11.36 qts.) 2 per case.

STORAGE:
Store in cool place. Keep lid tightly closed. Do not store at temperatures above 85F or below 50F.

TESTING:
Perform testing on a sample tile and actual installation to determine number of coats necessary to protect particular stone, visual appearance of tile after S37 application and stain protection against water, dirt, and oil infiltration.
