Water-Base Impregnator

Enviromentally Friendly, Odorless

APPLICATION:
A water base impregnator providing protection against water, dirt, oil, and grease absorption. For interior and exterior use on well-absorbing natural stone, unglazed tile and manmade hard surfaces. Best suited for honed and textured surfaces. Treated surfaces remain highly vapor permeable. HMK® S32 is UV resistant and leaves a natural appearance. S32 also works effectively as a Pre-grout sealer / grout release. Since HMK® S32 is solvent-free, application in public areas (lobbies, hospitals, shopping centers, supermarkets, etc.) is possible while still being occupied.

DIRECTIONS:
Apply generously and evenly to a chemically clean and dry surface using a soft bristle brush, a roller, or the HMK® Z170-171 brushes. On highly absorbent surfaces, repeat application after 1-2 hours. 2-3 applications may be necessary on highly absorbent surfaces. Once surface is dry, wipe off any remaining film with a cloth. Approximate drying time is 60-90 minutes. Allow curing for 2-3 hours prior to walking on surface. Wait 72 hours for complete water and oil repellency and prior to applying HMK® P24 or other maintenance products.

55-165 sqft (5-15 square meters) / liter (Depending on absorption)

WARNING:
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Chemical product. If ingested, Do Not induce vomiting; give plenty of water and call physician immediately. If eye contact occurs, flush with plenty of water. Avoid skin contact; if occurs, wash with soap and water.

PACKAGING:
1/2 liter cans (17 oz.) 20 per case, 1 liter cans (34 oz.) 12 per case, 5 liter cans (5.68 qts.) 4 per case, 10 liter cans (11.36 qts.) 2 per case.

STORAGE:
Store at temperatures between 33º-86ºF. Shelf Life:1 year

TESTING:
Always test procedure first in an inconspicuous area to determine number of coats necessary for protection and for visual appearance of a particular material after application of S32.
