HMK® P23
Polish Preserver "No Rinse"

APPLICATION:
A modified water base acrylic conditioner and maintenance sealer/cleaner for all honed and polished natural and cast stone. For interior use only. Exhibits excellent durability. Scuff, scratch, dirt resistant and slip retardant. Creates satin sheen on honed surface and gloss on polished surface with buffing. HMK® P23 is UV resistant and highly permeable.

DIRECTIONS:
For regular maintenance, mix 1 1/4 cup of P23 to 2 1/2 gallons water. Damp mop 50-75 sq. ft. at a time. Wring mop damp in same bucket of solution. Do not rinse or re-mop each area. When water becomes cloudy, replace with same solution. More frequent applications and a higher concentration may be necessary in high traffic areas. Buff to higher shine using a regular floor machine (900-1500 rpm) with a white, tan or red polyester pad. Buffing while P23 is still "tacky" produces a more consistent and higher shine. Use HMK® P24 for daily cleaning and alternate twice a week or as needed with P23. Use HMK® R55 Intensive Cleaner to remove P23.

COVERAGE:
Approximately 150 sqft., 14 square meters full strength and 360 square meters, 4,000 sqft. diluted per 1 liter (34 oz.) container.

1/2 liter cans (17 oz.) 20, 1 liter cans (34 oz.) 12 per case, 5 liter cans (5.68 qts.) 4 per case, 10 liter cans (11.36 qts.) 2 per case.

STORAGE:
Keep from freezing. Store in a cool place.

TESTING:
Always test procedure first in an inconspicuous area to determine dilution rate, performance, and visual appearance.
