P27 contains oxalic acid and
can etch the surface if applied incorrectly.

TERRA COTTA OIL
Specially modified paraffin oils for the protection of
all types of unglazed terra cotta, Mexican pavers, clay
tile, and brick pavers. Also suitable for honed
limestone. Not for use on exteriors or wet areas. HMK®
P30 penetrates the tile and enhances its color, leaving
a matte finish on the surface. P30 is scuff resistant,
slip retardant, and protects against the infiltration of
dirt and stains.
